TikTok Creator Rewards Eligibility for Nepal Creators
As of November 2026, the guides we could read agree on the basic rules for TikTok's Creator Rewards Program: you must be 18 or older, have a personal account, and post original videos longer than one minute, and the usual thresholds are 10,000 followers and 100,000 views in the last 30 days. They do not agree on which countries are eligible, and none of the country lists we could read includes Nepal. Check your status inside TikTok Studio before you plan around the program.
We could not open TikTok's own help pages from this session. Everything below comes from third-party guides and search summaries, so treat each number as a claim to check, not a settled fact.
The requirements most guides share
The guides we read describe the program as the successor to the older Creator Fund. Most of them list these conditions:
- Age: 18 or older, or 19 or older in South Korea.
- Account type: A personal account. Business and political accounts are excluded.
- Audience: At least 10,000 followers and 100,000 video views in the last 30 days. Several 2026 guides cite these numbers, but they come from third-party pages, not TikTok.
- Content: Original videos longer than one minute. Most guides say this, but one describes a 30-second watch-time requirement instead, so the rule is not uniform across sources.
Thresholds like these change, and the guides themselves say so. Use them as a starting point for your own check.
Where the guides disagree
The biggest conflict is the country list. Two examples:
| Source | Countries listed |
|---|---|
| Several 2026 guides (no single page) | US, UK, Germany, Japan, South Korea, France, Brazil (some lists add Mexico) |
| Toptal | US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, UK, France, Germany, Italy |
The lists overlap, but they are not the same, and one 2026 guide we saw names a different set again. A reader trying to answer "am I eligible?" cannot settle it from these pages.
Other points where sources differ:
- Extra view rule: One July 2026 guide says each qualifying video must earn at least 1,000 For You feed views before it counts. No other guide we read mentions this, so it stays unverified.
- Old program end date: Sources give 2023 for the US and 2024 globally for the end of the Creator Fund.
- Payouts: One guide says TikTok does not publish a fixed rate per 1,000 views. Reported figures come from creators and vary widely, so we left them out of this post.
What this means for Nepal
None of the country lists we could read includes Nepal. One guide says the program runs only in listed countries, that a VPN will not change your eligibility, and that your account must be registered in an eligible country. We could not check that against TikTok's rules, but every list we saw points the same way. If you are based in Nepal, assume you are not eligible until TikTok Studio says otherwise.
Do not try to get around the country rule by creating an account in a listed country. The guides describe that as a way to get disqualified, not as a workaround.
How to check your status
The guides describe the same path in the app: open your profile, tap the menu, go to TikTok Studio, and look for the Creator Rewards Program. The application option appears only when your account meets the requirements, so a missing button is the answer, not a bug. TikTok changes thresholds and country availability, so the in-app page is the final word over any blog, including this one.
Creator growth still matters without the program
The program is one way TikTok supports creators. Whether or not your country is on the list, the work that drives it is the same: a steady schedule of original videos, clear hooks in the first seconds, and captions that work with the sound off. If you need help turning raw footage into paced, captioned TikToks, Saga's TikTok video service covers the editing side. Saga does not handle platform applications or monetization, so check those with TikTok directly.
If you are not sure which of your videos qualify under the length rule, or you want a second pair of eyes on a batch of clips before you post, contact Saga and we can talk through the edit.
